The Etix Scanner is a tool designed for Etix venues and organizations to efficiently manage customer entry to events. Compatible with various scanning devices, the Etix Scanner enhances the event check-in process. Access to this feature is exclusive to Etix clients with authorized ticket validation permissions. The Etix Scanner offers the following functionalities:

• Scan tickets using the built-in camera or Linea Pro jacket
• Activate the device's flashlight for scanning in low-light environments

• Review a log of ticket scans
• Utilize the Connection Diagnostics tool to troubleshoot connection issues
